Apparently, quitting smoking is harder than overcoming other addictions. For many smokers it becomes more about the habit than the nicotine itself. There are so many products to assist in quitting smoking; from e-cigarettes, to gums, to inhalers, patches and prescription drugs, how do you know what will work for you? And what about a support groups? The National Non Smoking Week website has compiled a listing of online support groups, quit lines and research about the different methods for those trying to break the habit.
