Occupational Therapy Reduces Hospital Readmission Rates

An Occupational Therapist can help the person to adjust routines and techniques to help with normal activities of daily living, and help them return to doing the things they find meaningful.  Occupational Therapy’s involvement is also shown to lead to lower hospital readmission rates.
