Challenge your brain with a “mind bender.”  Brain training is an important part of your overall health and the “use it or lose it” principle applies.  You need to ensure as you age that you are keeping your mind stimulated and active.  One way to achieve this is through completing riddles, puzzles, word games and mind benders on a regular basis.  So, give these a try and stay sharp!
